FLEX scheme available through local councils throughout the UK

What is the FLEX scheme?

If you’re not on benefits you could still benefit from energy saving grants if your local council operates the FLEX scheme. There are 2 main routes to help householders gain access to grants:

Household earnings of less than £31,000 (gross)
NHS referrals through your GP for example if you are vulnerable or have a health condition
